Rules & Regulations

• Regardless of whether participating photos are elected or not, all participants will receive a full-page of Flag Sticker. A Redemption email will be sent to all participants on or before 31st August, 2022. Participants can choose to self-pick up in SPCA(HK) Wan Chai Centre at a designated time or by mail.
• All funds raised by participants directly or indirectly for the Campaign shall be donated in full to SPCA(HK).
• For donation HK$100 or above, official receipt will be issued for tax deduction.
• Once participants have submitted their photos, SPCA(HK) owns the forever rights regarding the use of all photos submitted. By submitting your photo(s), you have authorised the SPCA(HK) irrevocable, global, lifelong and royalty-free rights, thus allowing the SPCA(HK) the right to edit, duplicate, publicly exhibit and/or use in publications and other media without the need to seek for prior consent or to pay usage fees.
• SPCA(HK) reserves the right to remove any photos that are indecent, against animal welfare or contain inappropriate content without prior notice. Once the photo is removed, participants will lose their eligibility to participate in this competition.
• SPCA(HK) reserves the right to make the final decision on this event, including all matters such as participation, qualification, selection, assessment and so on. Any updates of the Campaign will be posted on SPCA(HK) website.
